Abstract

Clarity is the most significant aspect of medical writing. This article explains the importanceof clarity and offers practical advice for writing clearly at the language and sentencelevels. Specifically, writers are advised to employ precise language, avoid unnecessaryjargon, eliminate unnecessary repetition, and revise verbose phrases.
